When you call or text our dispatch line, or use the contact form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, company name if you share one, and whatever is in your message — typically the machine, what let go, and where it sits. That's the whole list. We don't ask for anything we don't need to answer you and get a truck rolling.
We use that information for three things: to respond to your call or message, to dispatch service to your location, and to follow up afterward — a quote you asked about, an invoice, or a quick check that the repair is holding. We don't use it for anything beyond running our own business.
Calls to our dispatch number may be logged or recorded for quality and lead tracking. That's how we know which calls came from this site, and it lets us go back and confirm details like an address, a fitting size, or what was agreed on a job.
We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers described below. No marketing lists, no data brokers.
Like most small companies, we rely on a few third-party services to operate this site and our phone line: a form-processing service that delivers contact-form submissions to us, and a call-routing service that connects, logs and tracks calls to our dispatch number. These providers handle your information only to deliver those services to us.
