Machine down? Call — this page is for everything else

A blown hose is a phone call, not a contact form. Dispatch picks up around the clock, and a truck can be rolling while we're still talking. For fleet and site accounts, quotes and general questions, the form below reaches us too — just slower.

When you call

What to tell dispatch

The call itself is short. You'll get a person, not a menu, and every machine and every job is a little different — so the more of the following you have handy, the faster the truck rolls with the right hose and fittings on board. Don't worry if you're missing half of it; we'll work out the rest on the phone.

Machine make & type — tractor, excavator, rig, truck
What blew — which line let go, if you can tell
Where it sits — nearest cross-road, gate or field entrance
Hose ends if known — or just text photos of the fitting

Can't read the fitting? Text photos of both hose ends and the failure point to the same number — (661) 555-0148 — and we'll identify what we can before the truck leaves. In most cases that's enough to build the replacement right at your machine. Either way, you'll get straight answers and an honest ETA before we hang up.

Fleet & site accounts, quotes, questions

Most of Kern County's work doesn't stop at five o'clock, and neither do the hoses that keep it moving. If you manage equipment for a living — a lease road full of pump trucks out toward the westside, harvest crews working ground around Delano, Wasco and Shafter, a dirt crew on a Bakersfield jobsite, or a trucking fleet running the 99 and I-5 corridors — it typically pays to talk before something blows.

A fleet or site account is simple: we learn your equipment, your gates and your billing up front, so when a hose lets go at 2 a.m. the call takes seconds instead of minutes. We're also happy to quote planned hose replacement on machines you already know are getting tired — though every machine and every job is a little different, so we'd rather look before we put a number on anything.

Not sure we handle your equipment? Have a look at what we fix and the industries we serve, or see how we cover Taft and the westside and Delano — and if your ground isn't listed, ask anyway. The service area page covers the whole county.

Non-emergency message

Send us a message

Use this form for account setup, quotes and general questions. We read everything and reply by phone, text or email — whichever you'd rather. If a machine is down right now, skip the form and call (661) 555-0148 instead; email doesn't wake anybody up.

By sending this form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Nothing else — no lists, no spam.

Forms are for later. Phones are for now.

A down machine can't wait on email

If something just let go, call dispatch. Tell us the machine, what blew and where it sits — we'll give you an honest ETA before we hang up.
